What is RouteFast?
RouteFast is an all-new, revolutionary web-based mapping tool that gives you the fastest, most direct route to multiple locations anywhere in the U.S.

Who is RouteFast for?
RouteFast is great for individuals that are on the road a lot or for companies who have employees that travel often. Our customers are:

How is RouteFast different from something like MapQuest or Google Maps?
The technology behind RouteFast incorporates intuitive capabilities which give users the fastest route to multiple locations, extremely accurate turn by turn directions to each stop, multiple unique options such as the ability to save routes, send to a mobile phone, email a route, and the ability to send the route to a GPS device. For instance, RouteFast optimizes your route by providing the most efficient driving directions to 24 locations in seconds. With Google Maps and MapQuest this functionality is impossible because their systems are programmed to return multiple locations based on the order which you input them. This means that even after you input each individual location it’s still up to you to figure out the quickest, most direct route you need to cover all your stops in one trip.

Another benefit to RouteFast is that you can save your routes indefinitely, giving you the opportunity to track mileage and plan your expenses. These options don’t exist with Google Maps and MapQuest. 

As for security, don’t worry. RouteFast has the most advanced and powerful round-the-clock security features that safeguard your data from malicious threats and harmful viruses.

Does RouteFast's services work across the entire United States?
RouteFast's mapping/routing capabilities are nationwide. If it’s possible to get to a location by land, then RouteFast can get you there with accurate directions.

Do I have to download software and is RouteFast compatible with PC and Mac?
It doesn’t matter if you use a PC or Mac because RouteFast doesn’t require you to download or install any special kind of software. All you need to access RouteFast is a computer and Internet connection.

What other benefits do I get from using RouteFast?
RouteFast is easy to use. It’s a smart and efficient way to plan your road travel. Believe in green living? We do, too. RouteFast saves gas and extends the life of your vehicle. Less time on the road is healthier for the environment.

Is RouteFast Free?
RouteFast offers a free trial service and offers several types of paid subscription services for individuals and businesses of all sizes.

Where can I access RouteFast?
RouteFast is a web-based application. Any registered user can log in to their RouteFast account and create new routes or view routes they have saved.

Is RouteFast mobile?
Absolutely. Plus we’re currently expanding our services to give you even more on-the-go flexibility. You can easily send a route to your cell phone and view it as text. Pretty soon we’ll have our I-Phone application that will provide our users with even more flexibility.

How can I see my route on my cell phone?
You can create a route or use an existing saved route and then email or text message it to yourself, to clients, or to friends.
At the of the map click "Send Email" or "Send Text Msg" and a popup box will appear which will prompt you to enter the recipients email address or mobile phone information. At the top above the route information, is where you enter a personal message or you can use the system’s default message. Click "Send" at the bottom..

What is the correct format for entering an address?
RouteFast requires street address, city and state. Do not enter a zip code. Here’s an example of what a property entry looks like: 123 Main Street, Dallas, TX

Does RouteFast have any importing capabilities?
Yes. RouteFast has an import/export capability. This feature allows you to copy and paste your addresses from your desktop computer and automatically creates the fastest route possible.

How do I know the directions RouteFast recommends are the most current?
Our maps are regularly updated and all route changes are made instantly. Because our map data is always being updated, it is more current that most GPS devices.

How do I create an optimized route?
To create a route, just enter the start address (in the first box) and each stop address in any order after that. You then have the option of having RouteFast calculate either the fastest A-Z trip or the fastest roundtrip. You must enter the city and state (i.e. Miami, FL) at the end of the address. Do not enter a zip code.

Is there a certain number of routes I can save?
A RouteFast Premium account holder has unlimited storage space. They can save an infinite number of routes. A RouteFast Plus member can store up to 15 routes. A RouteFast Standard member is not able to save routes..

Can I route more than 24 stops?
For the most accurate routing info possible, RouteFast's application only allows you to route up to 24 stops per route and map. However, there is an unlimited quantity of 24-point routes you can create because with RouteFast's saving capabilities, you can save each multiple route in order to accommodate more than 24 stops.

Can you customize RouteFast for my company?
RouteFast will create a customized website for companies that are in need of such support. We don't offer installable versions of our product. Our product is only available as a hosted product. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don't have to worry about anything.

Will the information I store in RouteFast remain safe?
RouteFast has the most advanced and powerful round-the-clock security features that safeguard your data from malicious threats and harmful viruses. Data is backed up nightly and we can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant so even if one back up disk or server fails your information can be obtained from another one. 

If I use a GPS isn’t that all I need?
GPS maps are not updated as frequently as RouteFast so routes given aren’t always the most direct. With a GPS you can’t optimize your route with multiple stops or track mileage. To get the most out of your GPS, we recommend you optimize your route with RouteFast and then input the information into your GPS.

What kind of customer support does RouteFast offer?
We provide unlimited email support for paying customers. All service related questions are responded to the day of the request, typically within a few hours. All of our technical support personnel are knowledgeable and have undergone system and product training.

How am I billed for my RouteFast subscription? What forms of payment are acceptable?
Once a user agrees to pay for the RouteFast service, they are billed on a yearly basis through automatic debit. All major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

How do I update my account information or cancel payment?
For modifying account information, log in to your account and click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. If you would like to cancel your account, click on the My Account link in the top right hand corner of the page, then select your package under the "Your payment history" section where you can choose to cancel your subscription.

Are there termination fees or any hidden fees I should know about?
No way! We never nickel and dime our customers. The price you pay is the fixed yearly fee that comes with your choice of service.

Do you have discounted pricing for volume subscriptions?
RouteFast offers discounted pricing for businesses that subscribe multiple users. The pricing will vary according to the number of individuals that you or your company signs up. For pricing inquiries, please email routefast@gmail.com.

How do I upgrade my existing RouteFast account?
Log in to your account and click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page. Choose your level of service and check the Terms and Conditions box. Then click the "Update" button at the bottom. (If you need assistance, please email routefast@gmail.com).

What is RouteFast's cancellation policy?
Users are billed on a monthly or yearly basis.If you wish to cancel your service, you will continue to have access to the RouteFast service until your monthly or yearly term is up, at which time your subscription will not renew.
